Does this replace a Service Desk? ▼

No, but for private users, it's usually more than enough. A Service Desk is a human you call when you can't print. We removed that human to save you money. If you need someone to hold your hand while you reset your password, this isn't for you.

Can you restore a file I deleted? ▼

Yes, provided the backup ran before you deleted it! We keep the last 7 backup versions (usually the last 7 days). So, if you delete a file today, you have about 7 days to let us know. After that, it’s gone into the digital void forever.

Does this slow down my PC? ▼
